Kayla came to us with an idea of where she wanted to live, and the type of lifestyle she desired with her two young kids. We searched high and low, but found her a suburban infill lot that nailed her location needs. Securing the lot allowed us to secure a floor plan she was happy with, and then she got to work with the Sound Builds design team curating a wonderfully crafted home. Shaker stylings, deep colorful walls, and the open concept define her beautiful home.
